1. Introduction

Welcome to Custom Billiards (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Information & Customization

2.1 Custom Orders

Each pool table is custom-made based on your specifications (size, cloth, wood, pockets, etc.).

Final products may have slight variations in wood grain, color tone, or finish due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship and material uniqueness.

We provide 3D renders or drawings for approval before production begins. Once approved, changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees.

2.2 Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms: 50% deposit to start production, 50% balance before shipment.

We accept payments via Bank Transfer, PayPal, Credit Card.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed orders will be honored.

2.3 Lead Time

Production typically takes 15–30 business days, plus packaging and shipping time.

Lead times are estimates and may vary due to material availability, complexity, or unforeseen delays. We will notify you of any significant changes.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping Responsibility

We arrange shipping from our factory in Jiujiang, China to the destination port or depot.

Door-to-door delivery may be arranged with local carriers; additional fees may apply.

Buyer is responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, and import fees in the destination country.

3.2 Risk & Ownership

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the carrier.

Ownership transfers upon full payment received.

3.3 Inspection & Claims

Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery. Report any damage or shortage within 48 hours with photo/video evidence.

Failure to report within this period may limit our ability to assist with claims.

4. Warranty & Returns

4.1 Warranty Coverage

3-year warranty on slate and frame structure.

Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions: damage due to improper installation, accidents, modifications, or environmental factors (e.g., humidity, extreme temperatures).

4.2 Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or significantly not as described.

If a return is authorized, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection of returned goods.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, business interruption).

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on our site are our property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written permission.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first, or if unresolved, through the courts of Jiujiang, China.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
